Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my purchases?

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account that made the original purchase. If items still don’t appear, force-quit the app, reopen it, and try again. Still stuck? Email us with your Apple receipt (Settings → Apple Account → Media & Purchases → Purchase History) and we’ll sort it out.

I was charged but didn’t receive coins / my purchase

First try Restore Purchases (above). Payment is processed by Apple, so refunds also go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If you’d rather we deliver the item, email us the order number from your Apple receipt.

Why did my nickname change after signing in to Game Center?

When you sign in to Game Center, your leaderboard name is locked to your Game Center name so other players see a verified identity. To change it, change your Game Center nickname in iOS Settings → Games (or Game Center), then relaunch the app.

Someone is using my nickname / a nickname is offensive

Email us with the nickname in question and the leaderboard week you saw it. Verified Game Center identities take priority for name disputes; offensive names are removed.

How do I delete my leaderboard data?

Email hi@truckkicker.com as described in our Privacy Policy, including your nickname (and Game Center name if you use one). We’ll remove your leaderboard entries and associated server data within 30 days and confirm by reply. Data stored only on your device is deleted when you delete the app.

My score didn’t appear on the leaderboard

Scores submit at the end of a run and need a network connection. If you were offline, the game retries on the next launch. Scores can also be rejected by our anti-cheat checks if the app copy fails device verification — reinstalling from the App Store fixes this. If a legitimate run was rejected, email us; we can review and restore it.

How do I manage ad preferences?

If you’re in a region with consent requirements, you can revisit your ad consent choices from the in-game Settings → Privacy Options. You can also limit personalized ads system-wide in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
