These terms apply to the Truck Kicker iOS app. By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you got the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play Truck Kicker on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game except where the law expressly permits.
2. Virtual items and currency
- Coins, boosters and other in-game items are virtual items with no real-world value. They cannot be exchanged for money and are not transferable.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may adjust game balance, including prices and earn rates of virtual items, to keep the game fair and fun.
3. Subscriptions
If you buy an auto-renewing subscription (e.g. a monthly pass): payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel it anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Unused portions of a period are not refunded when you cancel, except where required by law.
4. Fair play
Leaderboards are shared with everyone, so:
- No cheating: exploiting bugs, tampering with the app or network traffic, or submitting forged scores may result in score removal and exclusion from leaderboards.
- No offensive nicknames: names that are hateful, obscene, impersonating, or otherwise abusive will be changed or removed. Game Center–verified identities take priority in name disputes.
5. Availability
Online features (leaderboards, cloud recovery) depend on our servers and third-party services and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued. We may update or discontinue the game itself; virtual items have no cash value if we do, except where the law says otherwise.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Truck Kicker is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
